Por lo que yo entendi en las elecciones primarias se votan a los que vos queres que pasen a la otra fase, son  obligatorias para todos exepto para los que tienen dificultades para transportarse , los que viven a mas de 500 km del lugar de donde se vota y para los que tienen trabajo judicial el mismo dia. Estas elecciones son para que en octubre halla menos candidatos para votar, vos le tenes que dar el documento al fiscal de la mesa      

y el te pone un sello que dice que vos votastes, vos vas a al cuarto oscuro con la voleta y votas.
